VFW Celebrates 110 Years

Sabine County Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 10351 celebrated the 110th
anniversary of the founding of the organization on Tuesday with a
traditional American meal of hot dogs with all the trimmings. The
organization was begun on September 29, 1899 in Columbus Ohio. Post Commander Paul Cassidy
said, “I want to thank everyone that came out on this beautiful day to
celebrate this occasion and we intend to continue this tradition.”
