District Attorney Kevin Dutton presented seven cases in District Court in Hemphill recently.
Larry Glenn Buckley, Jr. pled guilty to delivery of a controlled substance in a July 16, 2009 offense and was sentenced to five years in prison.
Marilyn Moore pled guilty to delivery of a controlled substance and was sentenced to two years community supervision, fined $1,500, assessed $368 in court costs, restitution of $140, attorney fees of $450 and must serve 30 days in county jail at the Judge’s discretion.
Samantha Kaye Johnson pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to community supervision for two years, fined $500, assessed $324 court costs, perform 100 hours of community service and must serve 30 days in county jail at the Judge’s discretion.
Gill Wayne Westbrook pled guilty to burglary of a building on a December 26, 2008 offense, was sentenced to two years in prison, assessed court costs of $368, and must serve 30 days in county jail at the Judge’s discretion.
William Griffin pled guilty to driving while intoxicated and was sentenced to ten years of community supervision, fined $2,500, must spend 10 days in county jail with credit for three days, assessed court costs of $368, attorney fees of $450, perform 100 hours of community service and must serve 30 days in county jail at the Judge’s discretion.
Raymond Jerry Westcott pled guilty to criminal mischief and was sentenced to two years of community supervision, fined $1,500, assessed $308 court costs, $450 in attorney fees, must perform 100 hours of community service and must serve 30 days in county jail at the Judge’s discretion.
James Chester Bellett pled guilty to criminal mischief and was sentenced to two years community supervision, fined $1,500, must perform 100 hours of community service, assessed $308 in court costs, $450 attorney fees and must serve 30 days in county jail at the Judge’s discretion. |
